We are so glad to have visited Gili Trawangan and Gili Air last week for the RefillMyBottle meet-ups last Friday. The gathering was joined by representatives from refill stations, local ambassadors, as well as BGreener community members.
First of all, we would like to extend our gratitude to all parties who have supported this event – Thank you to our wonderful hosts, Pesona Beach Resort and Spa in Gili Trawangan and Flowers and Fire Yoga Garden in Gili Air for having us. Big thanks to Gili Eco Trust and Gili Sharks Consevation as our local ambassadors for their incredible support and hard work on the islands.
During both events, people got to hear success stories from local community, discuss the challenges and solutions of refill stations, and network with other like-minded individuals. It is inspiring to see so many people join us in keeping the environment plastic free. We are very happy to receive feedback from people and hope we can continue to improve the RefillMyBottle project.
The more we are, the stronger our community will be. Please help us spread the word to your network and encourage other businesses to sign up as refill stations and help reduce plastic waste.
